Fully furnished student accommodation

 

Our residence is a two story building situated immediately south of the city in the beautiful suburb of Fullarton. 

Rooms are fully equipped for your stay, and include a personal fridge, reverse cycle air conditioning (cooling for summer and heating for winter), and are fully furnished with bed and mattress, wardrobe, study desk, chest of drawers, mirror, chair, study lamp, etc.

Students are provided with essential crockery and cutlery,  and all bedding is supplied (pillow, blankets, linen, etc. ) which is laundered by a weekly service (cost inclusive).

Safe, homely student rooms

 

All rooms are secured with personal security locks, and perimeter doors require key entry.

A manager lives on site, and is available at all times to assist with any issues or concerns that may arise, and to ensure the you stay is safe and secure.

The building is fully fitted with routinely audited smoke detectors and fire sprinkler system - Please be aware that the building is NON smoking.

Communal Kitchens and bathrooms

 

All common areas, are cleaned every day of the week, and are restocked with general living necessities specific for the individual space, such as washing detergent, hand towel, and toilet paper, etc.

Multiple kitchens are available on-site, and are furnished with communal use refrigerators, freezers, microwave ovens, kettles, toasters, hot plates, etc.

Multiple gender specific bathrooms and toilets are available on each level. They, along with all common areas, are cleaned every day, and restocked with general living necessities such as toilet paper and hand towel.

There are laundries available which are equipped with coin-operated washing machines, dryers, irons and ironing boards, and numerous clothes lines are available outside in the gardens for those wishing to dry their clothes in the fresh air and sun.

Internet access and computers

Wireless unlimited internet is included in rent, and is available throughout the building including in rooms.

Phone access is available, and a printer available.
