Is internet available and is it included in the rent?

The residence supplies free unlimited use of fast wireless internet to tenants, with unlimited data for all to use and enjoy!

You can connect to your own personal internet provider using the telephone line in your room if you for whatever reason prefer your own connection.

Do you pay more for electricity and water?

The rent covers all charges for electricity, gas and water and also includes a weekly bed linen change.

How far away is the residence away from the city?

We are located approximately 4 km south from the city centre. Most students travel daily by bus, which arrive every 15 minutes from our closest bus stop which is only a 2 minute walk away.

Some students purchase bicycles and cycle daily to uni, we have bike racks available at the residence.

Do I need to buy anything for my room?

All rooms are fully furnished and air-conditioned (heating and cooling). We provide linen and cutlery/crockery, but you will need to purchase your own pot/cooking pan. 

You are more then welcome to bring or purchase your own items or furniture. Staff are more then happy to help you rearrange your room the way you'd like it for the duration of your stay.
